It was produced by Westinghouse Electric & Manufacturing Company of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It features green painted steel A washers and an OD#3 (khaki) suspension, approximately dating the liner's production from mid 1943 to mid 1944. The suspension has recently been completed with an original Scholl Manufacturing Co. headband and an American Stay Co. neckband. The liner's exterior
