This pillow is the perfect shape for " side-sleeping" & also comfortable for my back using my adjustable bed levels. I waited until I slept on it before ordering the pillow cased that fit the unusual shape of the pillow. Both purchases work well! Now what to do with the other 6 pillows I have tried over the years!!(
