E.C. Powell 9' 2/2 Bamboo RodFor sale here is a 9' 2 2 E. C. Powell bamboo rod made in the mid to late 1940's. A or B taper rod. It's referred to a "dry fly" rod in the included correspondence. Casts a five weight line very well. The rod weighs 4 1 4 oz. Ferrules are 15 64, tips tops 5 64. Obviously the rod has been well used but remains full length and relatively straight. Original bag and tube. Included with the sale is a letter from 1960 between the owner and Tony Maslan.

Lots of fun at dog park!

Squeaker Pinches Hand

I toss balls 50-75 feet into the air. Works our my dog. I can actually throw a ball over 150 feet, so the dog gets a good workout. The squeaker is unnecessary and it does pinch my hand on a long toss.
