Sweet woodland characters attracted me. The cardinal is painted too dark around its eyes.

I gave this adorable ornament to a friend who loved it. However, I feel the eyes became rather "lost" in the "too dark" painting around its already dark eyes. It looked far better in the advertisement, imo. These figures are sweet as a set but the 3D ones are also pretty heavy in weight.

This review is for the actual 3D ornament. It was a good size (3-4”) and nicely made. Beware the cheap, knockoff flat ones. I had to comb through all the offerings carefully to make sure I was getting the real thing in the size I wanted.
