'A Beech Shaded Granary' Wood EngravingAn exquisite wood engraving by artist Howard Phipps. The beautifully intricate engraving itself measures just 10cm x 12. 5cm and is mounted in an off white mount making its outside dimensions 29. 5cm x 33cm. Howard's wood engravings have been cut on the end grain of a block of very hard Boxwood using very fine tools. The final image is printed by hand using an Albion Press which was made in 1862. Re-Reviewed and this stuff really is way better than store bought jerky. Way, way, better.

I am updating this my original review which was a 1 star. The original product I received was quite hard and what I did try had no flavor. The seller without request from me went out their way to ensure I then received a replacement which was completely different. The new stuff had a firm nice chew you expect from jerky and had enormous flavor that I am loving. This is a real world class seller and I can't say enough positive things about how they handled the situation entirely of their own accord, since I was just planning to move on and not seek any fix with them. Thank you for convincing me otherwise and I will be back.
