Can an light up LED or operate a relay when used with external DC power (5 12 Volts). Suitable for DCC track power up to 20 Amps.

OEM quality for a good price
Great filter elements; been using them for decades. They appear to be exactly the same as OEM, but in more recent years they are about half the price of what the dealership charges. There was much less difference in price between online and dealer prices in the past but the dealer price has just about doubled.
