Description

The Swift Dark TideWhat happens when, in the middle of a happy heterosexual marriage, a woman falls in love with another woman? The Swift Dark Tide is a story of selfhood and desire, of careful listening to an ungovernable heart. Part memoir, part love letter, The Swift Dark Tide is also a chronicle of life by the sea, journeying between Melbourne's St Kilda and the Black Sea town of Odessa. Very basic
Format: Paperback
The idea of the book is to be condensed and concise but there is too much information that should be expanded on that is not. The writers of this book seem to think students using the book have a strong pediatric background but for FNPs that isn’t always the case. I found myself having to do research outside of the book to understand the chapters. Also there were many typos and mislabeled diagrams.

Poorly written
Format: Paperback
I had to get this for my class. I wish I had a different textbook because it is poorly written, does not explain details, hard to follow the sentences in a certain sections, A LOT of typos (totally misspelled name of the disease). I don't think this is very good textbook material.
