I absolutely love this. I have it under my office chair in my home office and it is so luxurious to feel this under my feet while I'm working. It came shrinkwrapped and took a day or two to fluff back out and lose the creases. It looks great now. I didn't notice any odor when I opened it. Shipping was fast and it was very well packaged.
