If I could give negative stars I would. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. Printer just stopped working. Images always came out grainy. Now my $1500 printer is just a boat anchor. No recommendations of a printer shop to look at it. Just a big disappointment. Negative 5 stars for me.

I looked up videos on YouTube to get tips on using this as I'm a visual learner. I love using my Cricut and making tumblers, and as someone familiar with crafting, it felt second nature using this. The print quality is fantastic, easily higher quality than my inkjet printer. The included “starter ink” gets you going, and replacements are easy to get online.
